PIRTEK, the nation's leading provider of on-site hydraulic and industrial hose replacement, is seeking motivated individuals to join our founding team at PIRTEK Sacramento West. No hydraulic hose experience required. We provide paid training.
Job DescriptionAs a PIRTEK Hydraulic Hose Service Technician, you will operate out of a PIRTEK Service & Supply Center and a purpose‑built mobile service vehicle. You will respond to service calls, fabricate hydraulic hose assemblies on‑site, troubleshoot hose and fitting failures, and help customers minimize costly equipment downtime.
Responsibilities- Service, assemble, and install hydraulic and industrial hoses
- Respond to scheduled and emergency service calls
- Operate a fully equipped mobile service vehicle
- Build relationships with new and existing customers
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Maintain inventory and equipment within service vehicle
- Follow company safety procedures and operational standards
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid California Driver's License with clean driving record
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and self‑motivated work ethic
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Must be willing to travel for company‑sponsored paid training
- Experience in automotive, diesel, heavy equipment, fleet maintenance, industrial maintenance, manufacturing, welding, HVAC, agricultural equipment, or similar mechanical trades is preferred but not required
- $24.00–$28.00 per hour based on experience
