Who we are
Capitol Valley Electric is a nationally recognized electrical contractor located in Sacramento, CA. We work on a wide array of projects including multi-family, commercial, utility scale solar, and renewable energy.
What we are looking for:
Certified Backhoe Operator
Immediate start!
What you'll do
- Follow construction plans and blueprints to dig trenches and holes for construction projects
- Following site grading and operations plans
- Perform daily inspections and preventive maintenance of the equipment
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience operating heavy machinery
- Understand and interpret blueprints, site layouts, and operator manuals
- Keen eye for detail, and an excellent understanding of safety regulations.
- Valid certification to operate backhoes and other heavy machinery
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
- OSHA 30
- Physical requirements include sitting, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and use of hands and arms to operate equipment. Must have a strong sense of balance and no fear of heights. Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs.
