Bell Bros is seeking a Lead Electrical Installer to join our residential home services team in Sacramento, CA. In this on-site role, you'll lead electrical installations that support HVAC, plumbing, and whole-home solutions, including panels, circuits, and equipment wiring. You'll interpret plans, ensure NEC and local code compliance, troubleshoot issues, and deliver clean, safe, high-quality work. As a working lead, you'll mentor junior installers, coordinate with HVAC and plumbing teams, and communicate clearly with homeowners, reflecting our family-style, customer-first culture built on integrity and craftsmanship.
