Position Summary:

The Electrical team is responsible for many tasks. These tasks require the ability to constantly lift, push, pull 50+lbs, be on your feet for 4 hours at a time and use various hand tools. Tasks may include working with panel boxes, running wire and ropes, working with switch and plugs and other tasks.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• Previous construction experience, (2+ years preferred)
• Experience working in an electrical position is A plus.
• Experience in manufactured housing is greatly desired
• Ability to read and understand home building specifications greatly desired
• Demonstrated adherence to safety protocols
• Team player

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Work may require stooping, bending, crouching, crawling, pushing, and / or pulling.
• Must be able to exchange accurate information with others.

• Work environment is not temperature controlled and may result in exposure to extreme temperatures.
• Work primarily involves standing and climbing stairs up to 4 hours at a time.

Salary:

• This is a level CHARLIE role, $27.00 per hour. External candidates will start at $23.00 per hour and move their way up to BRAVO level pay over the first 30 days of employment if they are successful during their introductory period.
