Bell Bros is seeking an Electrical Service Technician to support our residential customers across the Sacramento region. In this field-based role within our Engineering & Maintenance team, you'll diagnose, repair, and install home electrical systems, panels, lighting, and wiring while supporting HVAC and plumbing projects. You'll ensure all work meets NEC and local codes, document jobs digitally, and communicate clearly with homeowners.

Responsibilities
- Perform residential electrical troubleshooting, repairs, and installations for Bell Bros customers across the Sacramento region.
- Inspect, diagnose, and correct issues with panels, circuits, breakers, lighting, outlets, and home electrical systems.
- Support HVAC and plumbing teams with electrical connections for equipment, controls, and system upgrades.
- Ensure work complies with NEC, local codes, and Bell Bros safety and quality standards on every job.
- Communicate clearly with homeowners about findings, options, pricing, and recommended solutions.
- Complete work orders, documentation, and basic digital reporting on tablets or mobile devices.
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory in clean, organized, and safe working condition.
- Participate in ongoing technical and safety training to stay current on codes, products, and best practices.
- Respond to scheduled and occasional emergency service calls, including some evenings or weekends.
- Represent Bell Bros' customer-first, family-style culture through professional appearance, communication, and respect for customers' homes.
