HVAC Service Technician

Bell Bros is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems across the Sacramento region. You'll perform troubleshooting, tune-ups, replacements, and start-ups while educating homeowners on system use, energy efficiency, and maintenance options. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and seasonal tune-ups on HVAC equipment
• Install or replace HVAC components such as motors, compressors, thermostats, and filters
• Use gauges, meters, and diagnostic tools to troubleshoot performance and efficiency issues
• Explain repair findings, options, and maintenance plans to homeowners in clear, friendly terms
• Follow company procedures, safety standards, and local codes on every job
• Document work performed, parts used, and recommendations in service software or work orders
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and treat customers' homes with respect
• Collaborate with dispatch and team members to manage schedules and prioritize calls
• Participate in ongoing technical and customer-service training to improve skills
