Sacramento Facilities Coordinator

Under general direction the role of facilities coordinator as an individual provides support to the branch staff. This individual would report to the BOM. The facilities coordinator would maintain accurate inventory levels in the warehouse and system, support the plumbing technicians with their respective vans and assist in maintaining the facility. The facilities coordinator has the primary function of being at the facility but is not limited to and can travel to customer jobs in a supportive role or to stores/vendors for resupply.

• Maintaining inventory in the warehouse daily to include keeping up to date with inventory in the system and plumbing vehicles.
• Responsible for auditing and reviewing one bay per day to validate inventory on hand vs. inventory recorded in system.
• Restocking inventory as it comes in and be sure it is received in system correctly.
• Checking, assisting in and maintaining inventory standards in each plumbers van. Maintain the proper truck stock for the scope of work required.
• Assist BOM in monthly van inspections.
• Providing all necessary information to BOM to reorder supplies as needed.
• Helping load/unload inventory
• Janitorial duties around warehouse and office
• Assisting plumbers as a helper in installation of water heaters including gas and electric tank water heaters, tankless water heaters, hybrid water heaters, direct and power vent water heaters and recirculating pumps.
• Assisting plumbers with Installation of faucets, garbage disposals, toilets, along with water filtration, reverse osmosis, and water softening systems.
• Help with ensuring the required documentation for each job is completed and uploaded into our system in a timely fashion.
• Always remain professional to ensure customers receive the utmost regard in workmanship, communication, and job performance
• Perform other related and assigned duties as needed, within your scope of practice.
• Completes all required Company training/compliance courses as assigned.
• Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.

• State specific valid Driver’s License and the ability to adhere to safe driving practices.
