City Net is seeking Case Managers to provide housing-focused case management and supportive services at a low-threshold interim housing site. You will meet clients where they are, helping them develop short- and long-term housing plans and connect to medical, mental health, counseling, and permanent housing resources.
Work schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm with base pay $23.00–$29.00 per hour for a full-time, non-exempt role.
