We are seeking a full‑time Maintenance Mechanic to join our team of passionate patient caregivers!

Required Skills

• Two years’ experience in construction and remodeling or maintenance preferred.
• OR any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Additional Qualifications/Skills

• Demonstrates general computer skills including: data entry, word processing, email, and record management.
• Must be able to make mathematical calculations and follow detailed written and oral instructions.
• Knowledgeable of safety codes and regulations.
• Effective organizational and time management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Ability to maintain proper levels of confidentiality.
• Ability to work closely and professionally with others.

Performs semi‑skilled maintenance and repair services of facility systems such as mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems. Emphasis is on performance of a variety of maintenance tasks rather than a high degree of skill in any particular trade. Integrates the hospital’s mission and "Guiding Principles" into daily practice.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It’s not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

A reasonable estimate of the current range is as follows:

Minimum Salary: USD $27.25/Hr.

Maximum Salary: USD $32.57/Hr.
