Sacramento Children's Home seeks a dedicated Youth Peer Mentor to support youth in SCH mental health programs within the Wraparound team. You will provide peer coaching, in-home support, and advocates for youth in meetings and with community resources.
You will work to help youth articulate their values and strengthen healthy relationships while collaborating with clinical staff and families. A valid driver license is required for some duties.
