The Sacramento Children’s Home is seeking a Youth Peer Mentor to serve as a voice for youth receiving treatment within our mental health programs. You will provide peer coaching, in-home support, accompany youth and parents to meetings, and connect families with community resources while advocating for services.
Work as part of the child and family team to ensure a youth-centered system of care, offering mentorship, guidance, and support with professional boundaries. Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm.
