Full Stack .NET Developer – C#, React, Azure/AWS
Overview / SummaryWe are seeking a Software Engineer Level 2 with strong technical expertise to join a dynamic development team working onsite in Sacramento, CA. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions across on‑premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain software solutions using C#, .NET and React for on‑premises, cloud and hybrid environments
- Collaborate with product managers, architects and other developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Contribute to system architecture design with a focus on scalability, performance, security and maintainability
- Build APIs, microservices and front‑end components for web applications and ensure seamless integration between front‑end and back‑end services
- Work with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or Google Cloud to design and deploy solutions
- Implement Dev Ops best practices and CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance, security and availability
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and quality practices
- Stay current with technology trends and frameworks related to cloud and hybrid development
- Collaborate with infrastructure and cloud teams to maintain stable and secure application environments
- Support application transitions from on‑premises systems to cloud or hybrid architectures
- Ensure governance and performance monitoring across environments and identify optimization opportunities
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations (SOX, PCI‑DSS, ISO, GDPR, HIPAA) and internal security standards
- Work with cybersecurity teams to address threats and vulnerabilities; develop and implement procedures for audits, risk assessments and disaster recovery plans
- Develop and maintain test documentation including test plans, test cases, test scripts and test data management
- Implement traceability and automated defect tracking and reporting processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer with strong hands‑on expertise in C# and .NET
- Experience with React or other modern JavaScript frameworks
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS or Google Cloud
- Experience with Dev Ops practices including CI/CD pipelines, containerization and automated deployments
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with version control systems such as Git
- Experience working within Agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
- Proficiency building and maintaining systems in on‑premises, hybrid and cloud environments
- Familiarity with microservices architecture, scalable APIs and distributed systems
- Strong knowledge of software design patterns, algorithms and data structures
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
- Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops and other Dev Ops tools preferred
- Knowledge of relational and non‑relational databases such as SQL Server and Mongo
DB preferred - Experience with hybrid cloud strategies and solutions preferred
- Experience collaborating with architects, business analysts and stakeholders preferred
- Microsoft Certified:
Azure Developer Associate or AWS Certified Developer certification highly preferred - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
