Job SummaryThe Lead Application Developer will report to the Application Management section’s Application Development Manager and will be responsible for application development and the associated software development lifecycle. This includes leading the architecture, design, and development of complex software applications, project management, managing code repositories, coaching colleagues on Dev Ops tooling and best practices, managing cloud environments for applications, and providing expert-level support to junior developers for critical application issues and incidents.
The role serves as the subject‑matter expert and architect for application development, modernization, and cloud migration projects for the State Treasurer’s Office and its associated boards, commissions, and authorities.
