We are seeking a Senior Word Press Developer with deep experience in modern Word Press development, accessibility standards, and performance optimization. You’ll be responsible for building, maintaining, and improving custom themes and plugins with a strong emphasis on WCAG 2.2 accessibility compliance.

This role requires both front-end and back-end Word Press expertise, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to lead technical direction in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment. The ideal candidate will serve as a technical leader, mentoring junior web developers, supporting and guiding other team members, conducting code reviews, and promoting best practices across projects. This role provides technical leadership and mentorship but does not include direct personnel management responsibilities.

The position requires strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, along with the ability to balance hands‑on development responsibilities with team mentorship and technical oversight.

• Lead the development, maintenance, and optimization of custom Word Press websites using Bricks Builder and modern front‑end and back‑end technologies.
• Develop custom Word Press functionality, plugins, integrations, and reusable components following modern coding standards (ES6+, PHP 8+, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS).
