• Build and maintain interactivity and content frameworks and data‑driven tooling in the game engine, with a focus on second‑to‑second or "game‑feel" aspects.
• Collaborate closely with the design, planning, and development teams to translate concept plans into polished player experiences and high‑quality client and server code.

• Experience delivering second‑to‑second interactivity (controls, character, camera) to a high‑quality production standard.
• Has shipped a multiplayer project.
• Extensive experience with Unreal Engine and a deep understanding of game engine architecture and design.
• Strong relational skills that enable success in a remote team environment.
• Advanced empathy that helps collaborate across disciplines, engage with players, and demonstrate mature compromise.
• Solid C++ programming and troubleshooting abilities.

• Live‑coding experience.
• Delivered at least one title that supported online play as well as console and mouse/keyboard input.
• Experience building data‑driven tooling alongside content creators.
• Early live‑support experience.
• Experience with or interest in automated testing.
