Location:
Remote or Hybrid in Jacksonville, FL.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday 8:00‑5:00 with some off‑hour support and deployments.
- Lead and manage a team of 11‑15 technical personnel, including training, scheduling, performance appraisals, hiring and termination.
- Oversee the flow of changes through environments using release management, minimizing disruption and ensuring successful deployment to production.
- Balance agility, flexibility, and control while maintaining high velocity and efficient change processing between environments.
- Communicate with IT teams and business partners to coordinate development and deployment activities.
- Foster agile development practices, facilitate workflow, and ensure team members understand their duties and tasks.
- Oversee, communicate and plan changes across development, system test, integration test, performance test, and user acceptance test phases.
- Monitor productivity and ensure work is completed to required standards.
- Own the technical product roadmap and provide guidance in coordination with business partners.
- Own and be responsible for production application support.
- 3 years of experience in IT Management.
- 5 years of professional IT experience.
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four‑year college or university, or 8 years of equivalent experience.
- Experience with Azure and Azure Dev Ops.
- Experience with full‑stack development using the Microsoft suite.
- Experience with web development using Angular and/or Blazer.
- Thorough understanding and experience with continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
- Solid knowledge and experience with Scrum and other Agile frameworks.
- Knowledge of development in a cloud environment.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentations and meetings.
