Senior Transportation EDI Integration Architect/Lead ()
We are seeking a Senior Transportation EDI Integration Architect / Lead with deep experience designing, implementing, and supporting EDI integrations within transportation, logistics, port, terminal, ocean carrier, intermodal, or railroad environments.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on knowledge of ANSI ASC X12 EDI, transportation business processes, trading‑partner integrations, and modern API‑based integration technologies.
Required Qualifications:- 8–10+ years of experience in EDI, systems integration, application integration, or related technologies.
- Strong hands‑on experience with ANSI ASC X12 standards, mapping, and transaction processing.
- Demonstrated EDI experience within the transportation, freight, or logistics industry
. Healthcare‑only EDI experience will not meet the requirement. - Experience supporting one or more of the following environments:
- Seaports or port authorities.
- Marine terminals or terminal operators.
- Ocean carriers.
- Intermodal transportation.
- Railroads or rail freight.
- Freight forwarding, NVOCC, or third‑party logistics (3PL).
- Hands‑on experience with EDI mapping, transformation, validation, acknowledgements, exception/error handling, trading‑partner onboarding, testing, troubleshooting, and production support
. - Experience integrating EDI environments with APIs, XML, JSON, web services, or other modern integration technologies
. - Ability to analyze business and technical requirements, define integration solutions, troubleshoot complex data exchanges, and work with technical and operational stakeholders.
