Job Summary
Under the direction of Member Services career staff, Facility Supervisors are considered designated staff. Supervisors are responsible for all day-to-day facility operations of the UCDHS Fitness. Duties include, but are not limited to, building security, serving as point person for incoming patrons, maintain cleanliness of the facility, and respond to emergencies in accordance with UC Davis and department best practices.

Minimum Qualifications- First aid/First Aid/AED certified
- High school diploma and / or equivalent certification / experience / training
- Experience managing facilities.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to perform light cleaning
- Ability to learn and use software systems relevant for the position (e.g. Fusion)
- Ability to execute a variety of administrative tasks
- Writing skills to produce manuals, reports and procedures.
- Knowledge of fitness equipment
- Computer skills to create documents and reports.

Campus Recreation is a department within the division of Student Affairs that provides fitness, wellness, and recreation programs to the campus community through the operation and administration of the following:
The UC Davis Activities and Recreation Center, UCDHS Fitness Center, Living Well, Rec Sports and Sports Clubs, Equestrian Center, Craft Center, Outdoor Adventures, Youth Programs, Aquatics, and the UC Davis Marching Band. This position reports to the Member Services Operations Coordinator, a unit of Campus Recreation.
