Join our Sacramento team as a Non-CDL Route Driver and start building a long-term, rewarding career. You will deliver customer orders to various locations while learning the fundamentals of our business. We provide paid training, including forklift certification and hands-on experience with warehouse equipment.

- Forklift certification and training on warehouse equipment

- Plan your daily delivery route efficiently.
- Review customer orders; pick and stage stock in the warehouse.
- Load products onto the truck in route order.
- Deliver orders safely to customer locations; unload and place items appropriately.
- Communicate customer changes, backorders, or opportunities to the sales team (optional depending on division need).
- Follow all company and DOT/regulatory safety procedures.
- Maintain consistent and reliable attendance.
- Assist warehouse operations when needed (receiving, stocking, organizing).
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklift, electric pallet jack, and/or cherry picker.
- Clean driving record required.
- Experience driving a box truck or van.
- Valid medical card (if applicable by state/region).
- Must meet company and regulatory driving requirements.
- Reliable, consistent attendance.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to work well under pressure.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to changes in routes, schedules, or customer needs.
- Ability to read and follow GPS navigation or road maps.
- Basic warehouse operations knowledge preferred.
- Ability to safely move products using hand trucks or electric pallet jacks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Self-motivated with strong time-management habits.
- Work performed in warehouse, customer locations, and truck cab environments.
- Exposure to seasonal weather and traffic conditions.
- Overtime may be required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently; up to 100 lbs. with team lift occasionally.
