Full Time CDL NIGHT Shuttle Driver with good driving record in the Sacramento, CA area

Our Shuttle drivers are responsible for the transfer of shuttle trailers to designated shuttle yards in accordance with the schedule. Plus our Shuttle Drivers are Home every day with Guaranteed 10 hour day up to 40 hours!

Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday with Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday off. – 4 days, 10 hours shift plus overtime;
Starting shift time is 8:00PMpm;
Work Schedule/shifts are subject to change during Holidays and due to business needs. If Job is completed under 10 hours, Harbor will pay you 10 hours. This does not apply to 5th day overtime.

$29.300.00 to $31.00 per hour (DOE), Biweekly Paycheck

• Perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections
• Report any vehicle problems & defects to Transportation manager or Maintenance.
• Operate tractor-trailer units in compliance with all DOT standards and regulations
• Transport goods in accordance with the schedule
• Properly secure loads; drop/hook trailers
• Verify load
• Unload or assist in unloading freight
• Collect paperwork for route drivers
• Performs other duties as assigned or needed

• Valid CDL Class A license with Doubles Endorsement with Good DMV Record
• At least 2 years of CDL driving experience
• Ability to use Electronic Driver Logs
• Must be enrolled in FMCSA Clearinghouse
• Must be available to work night shifts/weekends
• Ability to pass DOT Pre-Employment Drug Screen/Background Check

• Acceptable MVR record
• Two to three years commercial driving experience, grocery distributing experience, hand truck and ramp work a plus

• Class A CDL License required
• Current medical certificate card

Applicants are required to pass a pre-employment Physical Abilities Test, DOT drug test, and have a valid Class A CDL with current Medical Certification Card.
