We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and safety-focused Flatbed Tow Truck Driver to join our team. This position is responsible for transporting vehicles using a flatbed/rollback truck, including voluntary repossessions, surrenders, impounds, and vehicle deliveries . The ideal candidate has extensive towing experience, works well independently, and takes pride in providing professional service while safely handling customer vehicles.

• Safely load, transport, and unload vehicles using a flatbed/rollback tow truck.
• Perform voluntary repossessions, impounds, and vehicle deliveries as assigned.
• Tow vehicles with and without keys using proper equipment and techniques.
• Complete all required documentation electronically, accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready company truck.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and applicable state and federal regulations.
• Communicate professionally with customers, law enforcement, clients, and management.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum 3 years of flatbed/rollback towing experience .
• Demonstrated experience towing vehicles with and without keys.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must be 22 years of age or older for insurance purposes.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Repossession Agency Employee (RAE) license through BSIS.
• Ability to safely operate a flatbed/rollback tow truck and related equipment.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• $25.00 per hour
• Full-time Monday-Friday schedule w/ occasional OT as needed
