Forklift Operator - Material Handler

Sit Down and Stand up Forklifts

We are excited to share a new opportunity! Pride Staff, a nationally recognized staffing company, has been given an opportunity to assist a client in identifying long-term employees for their operation. This position is temp to hire.

Forklift Operator Responsibilities and Requirements to include:

• Operating forklift, pallet jack (manual or electric), reach lift, stand up Forklift, cherry picker
• Loading and Unloading materials from trucks and warehouse production lines onto trucks and flatbeds
• Moving materials within the warehouse to facilitate production and shipment
• Performing various miscellaneous warehouse tasks, including work or material handling "not" on the lifts.
• Operating or cross-training on other various machinery, as needed
• Maintain safety practices at all times
• OSHA Certification is preferred, though recent experience is required.

Pride Staff hiring criteria
- Must be at least 18 years old
Able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States
Willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screen and background check
Must have consistent and reliable means of transportation
Must be able to provide at least 2 professional references from recent supervisors, managers, or person/s who have overseen you in the workplace.
