Mad Butcher Meat Company, a USDA- and FDA-inspected frozen food facility, is currently seeking a committed and results-driven Frozen Warehouse Associate/Box Truck Driver to join our operations team. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, ideal for candidates who take pride in their work and are looking for long-term stability in a company that values hard work, reliability, and loyalty.

As our business has expanded tremendously in growth over the last two years, we are seeking amazing staff members to support our company.

This role involves both frozen warehouse operations and local delivery driving. Candidates must be dependable, safety-conscious, and capable of working efficiently with minimal supervision. We are looking for serious professionals who are prepared to meet the physical and operational demands of this position.

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners in a frozen warehouse
• Load and unload trucks safely and accurately
• Drive a frozen box truck for local deliveries
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and inventory records
• Perform daily safety checks on vehicles and equipment
• Ensure compliance with USDA and FDA standards
• Assist with maintenance and general warehouse upkeep

• Proven reliability and a strong work ethic
• Experience with warehouse equipment and RF scanners
• Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Prior experience operating box trucks required
• Physically capable of working in cold environments and lifting 60+ lbs at a time
• Mechanically inclined or open to learning basic equipment maintenance
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety procedures
• Team-oriented with a professional attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour depending on experience

• Sit Down Forklift: 2 years (Required)
• RF scanner: 1 year (Required)
• Cold Climate/Cold Warehouse: 1 year (Required)
• Refrigerated Delivery Driving: 1 year (Required)
