• Load and unload materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand.
• Load materials into vehicles and install strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting or damage in transit.
• Generate manifest paperwork and cross‑check loads for accuracy.
• Learn to safely operate all the necessary equipment in work area. Operate industrial truck or electric pallet jack to assist in loading or moving materials and products.
• Assist in training and development of associates. Monitor attendance, hours worked and job performance.
• Perform all assigned duties in a professional and ethical manner in accordance with One Source policies.
• Participate in and follow all One Source policies, guidelines, safety protocols and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned.

• High school or equivalent diploma.
• One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent education and experience.
• Knowledge of safety practices, and wears PPE as assigned.
• Skill in lifting heavy packages and objects.
• Strong work ethic to work independently and cooperatively as a team player.
• Knowledge of Cal OSHA.
• Experience in warehouse operations, preferably with electrical components.
• Familiarity with warehouse routing systems and inventory software.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and operate warehouse equipment (forklift certification is a plus).
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams and Outlook.
• Experience in chaining and strapping preferred.

• Warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels.
• Requires standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.
• Lift and/or move 25 lbs and may be required to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
• Use of PPE as required.
• Mix of warehouse and office work environments.
• Requires punctual and reliable on-site attendance.

This role is based in Sacramento, CA.

8:00 PM - 4:30 AM.

• This is a non‑exempt position and pays between $23.37 - $27.26 per hour. This salary range reflects figures based on the primary location within California. The actual range of the role may differ based on the location of the role.
