The Warehouse Sanitation Worker is responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of our warehouse facility. Responsibilities include sweeping, sorting and separating garbage and recycling, restacking palletized product, and using cleaning materials. The role requires driving a forklift and operating trash‑handling equipment such as an open‑top trash receptacle. This position reports to the RFC Operations Manager.

• Keep assigned areas clean and in an orderly condition, performing cleaning duties as assigned.
• Operate forklift and trash‑handling equipment.
• Execute safe use and storage of cleaning chemicals.
• General cleaning of the warehouse, receiving/loading docks, dock door interiors (refrigerated and frozen), storage rooms, walls, lights, ceilings, roll‑up doors, guards, and any other areas as assigned.
• General cleaning of warehouse exterior buildings, walkways, stairs, dock, and dock door exteriors.
• Gather, sort, and dispose of trash properly for daily pickup and recycling.
• Follow all company, food safety, and food security policies.

• Base Salary Range: $20.00 per hour

• Janitorial experience preferred.
• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Team player and self‑starter.
