Position Summary

U.S. Auto Force, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships.

The schedule for this position is Monday-Thursday 6:00am - 2:30pm or until work is completed, with rotating Saturday's. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime.

Job Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment.
  • Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
  • Lifting requirements: consistently carry up to 50 pounds throughout the shift and occasionally up to 80 pounds. Team lifts or mechanical equipment may be used for commercial tires.
  • When working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires, exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds.
  • Work at heights of up to 25 feet safely while operating equipment.
  • Remain on the move, standing for extended periods and willing to work overtime as needed.
  • Contribute to a culture of safety, ensuring adherence to all safety policies and operating procedures.
  • Assist other departments (e.g., e‑commerce, inventory, call center) as business needs dictate.
  • Perform additional job‑related tasks as directed by the supervisor, subject to reasonable accommodations.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Physical demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be qualified in visual, auditory, physical, and mental abilities to operate equipment safely with or without reasonable accommodation. The employee must frequently lift products weighing up to approximately 50 pounds, and occasionally up to 80 pounds. The employee must also be able to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when handling commercial tires (e.g., rolling, destacking, team lifting) using mechanical equipment or team lifts.

Protective equipment required: steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, and a self‑retracting lifeline (SRL). All equipment is provided by U.S. Auto Force except for steel or composite toe boots. All team members must adhere to safety and manufacturing guidelines for compliant use of all protective equipment.

Work environment:
Employees may be exposed to weather conditions at the time of work. Noise levels are usually moderate. Fumes associated with tires, car parts, and lubricants may be present.

Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
  • Minimum of 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
  • Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally up to 80 pounds.
  • Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels and industrial/agricultural tires.
  • Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment and maintaining safety standards.
  • Adherence to all company safety policies, state and federal transportation regulations, and manufacturing guidelines.
  • Ability to pass forklift certification.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.
  • Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Successful completion of a pre‑employment drug test (excluding THC/marijuana).
