- - Responsibilities:
Check inbound product identification against invoices and receiving paperwork to ensure correct pack/size, quantity, product quality and temperature, pallet ti/hi, etc.;
Check temperature of all inbound frozen and refrigerated products to ensure proper temperatures and compliance to U.S. Food service’s food safety and RRE requirements.;
Verify quantity of each product to ensure physical count agrees with shipping and receiving documentation; report any variances so that inventory levels are accurately adjusted in system.;
Move received product from the dock into the proper warehouse slots using forklift, pallet jack and hi-low.;
Replenish pick slots with product from reserve slots to maintain inventory levels for night shift selection.
