Monday – Friday, 2pm – 10pm

Full Time Team Members Work 8-hour Shifts for 40 Hours Per Week. Shift Times May Vary, and Extra Hours May Be Added to Your Schedule to Ensure We Fulfill Our Commitments to Customers.

Peak Season (July-December) Requirements

Mandatory Overtime May Include Some Weekends.

Base Pay: $18.80

BSN Sports, A Varsity Achievement Brand, Is Looking to Hire a Quality Control, Pack, Shipping Warehouse Associate, Ensure Products Are Stocked, Selected, Packed, and Shipped to Customers. You'll Work in One of the Following Roles:
Picking, Packing, Shipping, Inventory. General

Responsibilities Include:

What You Will Do

Pulls Orders from Locations

Ensure Orders Are Complete and Accurate

Stages Order/s Correctly at Shipping Stations

Operates Handling Equipment and Ensure Safety Regulations Are Followed

Ensures Warehouse Goals Are Met

Maintains a High Level of Health and Safety Standards

Shrink Wraps Products to Pallets

Loads Delivery Vehicles

Packs Warehouse Orders as Necessary

Operates Scanners So That the Proper Order Is Picked

Performs Other General Warehouse Duties as Needed

Qualifications

Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities

• Minimum One Year of Quality Experience Working in a Manufacturing Environment.
• Basic Blueprint Reading Skills.
• Moderate Understanding of Quality Control Standards and Techniques.
• 2 Years In-Depth SAP Experience
• Learning Tasks Quickly Is Detailed, Accurately Driven, Personable, Team Oriented, and Punctual with Excellent Attendance.
• Read and Comprehend Documents, Instructions, and Correspondence in English to Perform Job Duties Efficiently.
• Strong Organizational Skills and Attention to Detail.
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
• Ability to Work Independently and as a Team.
• Ability to Multi-Task and Work Efficiently.
• Strong Time Management and Attention to Timelines.

Education/ Experience

• HS Diploma or GED (Required)
• 1 - 2 Years' Experience in a Warehouse/ Manufacturing Setting
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) Is a Bonus
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, with Extensive Experience with Microsoft Excel
• Operational, Warehouse, Logistics or Comparable Experience Preferred.
