Warehouse and Customer Support Representative

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, including Builders, Designers, General Contractors, and walk-in customers.
• Greet customers, resolve inquiries and complaints, and build lasting relationships as the “face” of Emser Tile.
• Enter and verify orders and account information in the JDE system and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
• Work collaboratively with the Branch Operations team and Sales Team members to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Perform warehouse operations as needed, including inspecting, identifying, handling, consolidating, labeling, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping inventory.

• 1-3 years of experience in building, construction, design, or warehouse environments preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred, or other language as appropriate for the area.
• Forklift certification and experience using a wet saw are a plus.

Demonstrates strong customer service skills by effectively managing client relationships and resolving inquiries. Proficient in order entry and recordkeeping, with experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.
