Job Details Responsibilities

Monday – Friday, 8AM start and until the department has completed its work – approximately 5-6PM

  • Provide daily leadership, direction, and support to Fulfillment team members.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, engagement, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and communicate operational priorities clearly.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop employees through performance feedback, recognition, and corrective action when necessary.
  • Monitor employee performance and support individual growth and development.
Leadership & Team Development
  • Provide daily leadership, direction, and support to Fulfillment team members.

Operations Management
  • Oversee daily fulfillment operations, including picking, device configuration, quality assurance, packing, and shipping activities.
  • Monitor productivity, workflow efficiency, and operational performance against established goals.
  • Evaluate operational capacity, throughput, staffing needs, and workflow effectiveness.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
  • Perform warehouse tasks alongside team members as necessary to support operational demands.
Quality, Compliance & Safety
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, operational procedures, and customer requirements.
  • Support audits, inspections, and quality control initiatives.
  • Promote and enforce safe work practices and compliance with company policies.
  • Investigate operational issues and implement corrective actions when needed.
Customer & Cross-Functional Support
  • Serve as a liaison between distribution operations and business teams.
  • Resolve escalated customer concerns and operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet service commitments and operational objectives.
  • Support special projects and other business initiatives as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience in a distribution warehouse setting or;
  • 8+ years in distribution, supply chain, or other relevant experience.
  • Strong attendance record and dependability.
  • Comfortable working with technology and warehouse operational systems.
  • Must have the ability to understand basic English.
  • Experience with order fulfillment and process improvement initiatives.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, stoop, lift and perform manual dexterity.
  • Ability to be physically in attendance at workstation at designated company office location during normal business hours designated for the position.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
  • Ability to travel less than 20%.
  • Ability to operate related equipment.
