Order Picking:
Review daily wholesale sheets to pull correct quantities of baked goods and cookie/scone dough boxes from inventory storage or freezer racks.
Packaging & Boxing:
Assemble shipping cases, insert correct liners or labels, and place finished product securely into boxes to prevent transit damage.
Palletizing:
Stack and wrap packed boxes onto pallets neatly, ensuring product codes and labels face outward for easy scanning.
