Core ResponsibilitiesThe Assistant Manager serves as a key pillar of our daily operations, ensuring that both our Social Club and Screening Room maintain the highest standards of service and atmosphere.
- Operational Leadership:
Manage daily floor operations, ensuring seamless transitions between the dining room, bar, and cinema. - Team Development:
Recruit, train, and mentor front-of-house staff, fostering a culture of accountability and the "Work Hard, Play Hard, Be Kind" ethos. - Guest Relations:
Act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, resolving issues with poise and maintaining our reputation for exceptional hospitality. - Financial Stewardship:
Assist with inventory management and labor cost control to hit performance targets without compromising quality. - Technical Oversight:
Ensure Screening Room technology and service protocols are executed flawlessly for every showing.
We are looking for a seasoned professional who thrives in a multifaceted environment and leads by example.
- Experience:
2–4 years of management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant or premium hospitality venue. - Attention to Detail:
An eye for the small things—from the perfect cocktail garnish to the lighting levels that define our atmosphere. - Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written skills; ability to lead a diverse team with clarity and empathy. - Composure:
The ability to remain calm and decisive during peak service hours or technical pivots.
- Salary Range: $43,000 – $47,000 per year (commensurate with experience).
