Migration Expertise
• Proven experience leading healthcare migration projects (data migration, application
migration, or platform migration)

Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a Senior Migration Lead to anchor the quality and delivery assurance of a complex
migration program. The ideal candidate is someone who has navigated multi-team migration programs,
understands the full delivery lifecycle, and knows how to drive accountability and quality across teams
- even without direct reporting authority over them.
This person will be the go-to resource for identifying risks early, coordinating across work streams,
engaging with client stakeholders, and ensuring the migration reaches production in a stable, validated
state.
• Own the end-to-end strategy and execution plan for the migration project - Define scope, approach, entry/exit criteria, and test coverage - Ensure all migration phases - data, integration, UAT, and cutover - are a dequately validated
• Coordinate testing activities across multiple cross-functional teams - Act as the central point of contact for all testing-related coordination - Guide and direct team members without formal authority to meet quality goals
• Identify and manage delivery and integration risks proactively - Conduct regular risk reviews and escalate blockers early - Work with project managers and architects to close gaps before they become issues
• Engage regularly with client stakeholders - Provide clear, timely status updates on test progress and quality metrics - Build trust and credibility with client teams through consistent, transparent communication
• Support and govern release management activities - Participate in go/no-go decision meetings with readiness assessment inputs - Ensure environments are stable and testing is complete before each release
• Handle conflicts and keep teams aligned - Mediate priority conflicts between teams in a professional, solution-oriented manner
• Report test status and quality metrics to delivery leadership on a regular cadence
Salary Range: $110,000-$125,000 a year
