This is a full-time on-site Staff Accountant position located in Safford & Willcox, AZ. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, reconciling accounts, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Additional duties include conducting audits, assisting in budgeting and forecasting, and providing financial analysis to support decision-making processes within the organization.

• Proficiency in accounting principles, account reconciliation, and financial statement preparation
• Experience with tax preparation, compliance, and reporting
• Strong analytical abilities and skills in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Proficiency in using accounting software and tools
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA designation is a plus
• Prior experience in public accounting or a similar role is a strong advantage
