Hourly Wage

$15.5 - $28.5 per hour. The hourly rate will meet or exceed the required minimum wage in the job location.

Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply.

Meat/Produce associate responsibilities include keeping the Fresh area fully stocked, rotating product, and maintaining proper food‑safety standards. After moving incoming merchandise to the sales floor, they ensure Fresh displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.
