JARS Cannabis in Arizona is seeking a Retail Team Lead to support the Store Manager in running a fast-paced dispensary. You will supervise sales associates, ensure compliance with state laws, and coach staff to deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
The role offers a starting pay of $18 per hour plus a shared tip pool, with 5 days on and 8-hour shifts. Shifts include 6:30AM-2:30PM, 11:00AM-7:00PM, 2:30PM-10:30PM;
El Mirage site closing shifts 3:30PM-12:30AM Thu–Sat.
