My Michigan Health is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to partner with Division Managers, Unit Managers and Clinical Supervisors to ensure appropriate staffing levels and workflow efficiency.
You will manage schedules, overtime and leave; coordinate with Employee Health, HR and Pay Management; and oversee nursing rosters, Kronos records, and the MyTime system to align coverage with daily demand. Additional duties include coordinating holidays, education records, and risk management items as needed.
