Adminstrative Assistant

Fast Finance Auto Sales is looking for an administrative assistant to join our workforce in our Saginaw location.

The ideal candidate has experience working in an office environment, performing administrative tasks, and providing support to co-workers. On-site job training is essential to the success of this position.

• Maintains physical and digital filing systems.
• Answers phone calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel, schedules appointments.
• Taking customer payments.
• Works with sensitive information with discretion to maintain confidentiality and security and ensure compliance with privacy policies and regulations.
• Presents a positive and professional image for the organization.
• Ability to work well under pressure and navigate multiple deadlines.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Organizational skills.
• Time management, multitasking, and flexibility.
• Provide front-desk coverage by managing a busy, multiline phone system, greeting guests as they enter the office, and maintaining an organized, clean office environment.
• Valid Driver’s License
