Hospitality Services Group (HSG) is hiring energetic and reliable Merchandise Sales Associates to help families and fans purchase souvenirs and merchandise throughout the event. You'll be right in the middle of the excitement while earning extra money and gaining live event experience.

What You'll Do

• Sell merchandise to guests before, during, and after the show
• Process credit card transactions
• Help guests find the merchandise they're looking for
• Keep merchandise areas stocked, organized, and ready for busy crowds
• Provide friendly and upbeat customer service
• Work alongside a fast-paced event team

What We're Looking For

• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking with guests
• Retail, cashier, merchandise, or customer service experience is a plus
• Comfortable working in a busy event environment
• Reliable and able to arrive on time for all scheduled shifts
• Able to stand for extended periods
• Available for evenings, weekends, and event-day schedules
