Collections Specialist – TNT Financial Inc.

TNT Financial Inc. is seeking a motivated and professional Collections Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment, and experience communicating effectively with consumers while maintaining professionalism and compliance.

• Contact consumers regarding past‑due accounts and arrange payment solutions.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining collection goals.
• Handle difficult conversations professionally and effectively de‑escalate situations.
• Perform skip tracing activities to locate consumers who have become difficult to contact using multiple databases and resources.
• Document all account activity accurately and thoroughly.
• Manage a high volume of calls while maintaining attention to detail.
• Follow company policies and applicable collection regulations.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve department objectives.

• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn multiple software programs.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding customer service and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
• Experience in collections, customer service, call center operations, or skip tracing is preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Saturday availability.
