Covenant Health Care is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our rural outreach clinic in Reese, Michigan. This is a premier opportunity to practice "small-town" medicine with the full backing of the regions largest and most technologically advanced healthcare system.

• Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a standard 4.5-day work week (36 patient contact hours/4 admin hours) with no weekend or holiday requirements.
• Reese Clinic Schedule:
  Monday-Thursday (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM) and a half-day Friday (8:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
• Dedicated Support: Each physician is paired with a dedicated Medical Assistant (MA). The Reese clinic is also supported by an Advanced Practice Provider (APP).

• Outpatient Only: Utilize our robust hospitalist program; no hospital coverage or rounding is required.
