  Approximately 14 outpatients, no hospital coverage required
• Support Staff:
  • 2 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) in the office
  • 1 Full-Time Physician
  • 0.5 Locum Physicians in the clinic
  • Third-week telemedicine support
  • On-site lab and infusion suite
• Current EHR System:
  Cerner
• Procedures/Skills Required:
  • Hematology outpatient care, including diagnosis and management of blood disorders
  • Oncology outpatient care, including treatment and monitoring of cancer patients
  • Hematology inpatient care, if needed, for more complex cases
  • Oncology inpatient care, including coordination of care for hospitalized patients
  • Active participation in tumor board meetings for collaborative patient management

  Required in Hematology/Oncology
• State License:
  Active Michigan license required

• Emergency/Temp Privileges:
  Available
• Weekend Requirements:
  On-call coverage required; rotation schedule to be determined
• On Call Requirements:
  Yes, with call responsibilities covering evenings and weekends
