• Under the guidelines communicated, work to provide an environment that is conducive to study and learning.
• Maintain general cleanliness and physical order of the library, reporting needs to custodial or maintenance departments when appropriate.
• Report study hall status and issues to Dean of Girls as requested or necessary.
• Organize all library resources so they are easy to locate and utilize.
• Check books in and out, including processing and collecting late fees.
• Other duties as assigned, based upon the needs of the school or department.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Both the ability and willingness to work with students, dorm staff, faculty, and co-workers.
• Familiarity with Google Suite programs (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.).
• Experience in an active academic environment and familiarity with the basic academic requirements of the school.
• While administrative supervision and direction will be provided, the individual should be self-motivated, with good critical thinking and decision-making skills.
