• Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT
• Help residents improve independence with ADLs, mobility, and functional tasks
• Carry out engaging, functional treatment plans focused on real‑life progress
• Collaborate closely with OTs, PTs, PTAs, SLPs, and nursing staff
• Document clearly and efficiently so you can spend more time with patients

• Are a licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Michigan (or eligible)
• Enjoy working with older adults in skilled nursing and rehab settings
• Bring a positive, team‑oriented mindset
• Are a new grad looking for mentorship or an experienced COTA who enjoys teamwork
