  RRT (copy required), ACLS (copy required), BLS (copy required). For those holding CRT, required BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS; SSN required.
• CR/T with ACLS and BLS at start, adult IP experience needed
• References: 1 reference from entire work history, DOB required
