CNA - 3rd shift -Saginaw

Shift Time: 6:00 pm – 6:30 am

Location: 915 N. River Rd., Saginaw, MI 48609

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team on a full‑time 3rd shift basis at the Saginaw location. The ideal candidate will provide high‑quality care to our residents, assisting with daily living activities and ensuring their comfort and safety during overnight hours.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff.
• Provide compassionate and respectful care to residents, promoting their dignity and independence.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring resident safety at all times.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents by following infection control and safety protocols.
• Document care provided accurately and timely in accordance with facility policies.
• Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary team members to meet resident needs.
• Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests during the 3rd shift hours.

• Current and valid CNA certification in the state of Michigan.
• Previous experience as a CNA preferred but not required.
• Ability to work overnight shifts (3rd shift).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive to resident needs.
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist residents for extended periods during the shift.
• Basic knowledge of infection control and safety procedures.
