Job Summary
Installs, configures and troubleshoots computer hardware, software and peripheral devices to ensure optimal performance for team members. Acts as the primary point of contact once a ticket is entered and assigned.

Responsibilities and Duties- Provide both technical and administrative support to ensure functionality and efficiency of computer and telecom systems.
- Assist with basic end user training for computers in Keel MW Region.
- Set up new user computer hardware & desk phones, sometimes assist with mobile phones if needed.
- Act as link between end users and higher-level support and vendors. Sometimes changes must be done during off hours and/or Sunday Maintenance window.
- Establish and maintain an updated and accurate inventory listing of all company computers, software licenses, and other technical assets.
- Ticket management and closure using Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Observe and report equipment performance deficiencies, coordinate repairs, and suggest replacements as needed.
- Image and deploy new computers and assist with software upgrades.
- Prepare/perform various administrative reports and activities when asked.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Technical knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory and remote support.
- Perform duties with little to no supervision.
- Resolve tickets in a timely manner and/or elevate as needed.
- Assist Support Desk and higher level engineers with testing.
- Assist with desktop imaging, patching, firmware and BIOS updates.
- Ability to install and service low‑voltage cabling for small jobs.
- Occasional after‑hours, evenings, and weekend work required.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Quickly learn new technologies.
- Effective communication and teamwork.
- Write clear documentation.
- Focus on improving efficiency and reducing costs.
- Minimum of 2 years of related IT experience.
- CompTIA A+ certification.
- Additional certifications such as Network+, Security+, etc. are a plus.
May be required to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb, balance, stoop or kneel regularly. Lift up to 50 lbs.
Travel and Work EnvironmentTravel between MW sites will be needed. Exposure is frequent to moving mechanical parts, airborne particles - eye protection is required, and fumes, machine vibration, noisy conditions, high temperatures, and occasional restricted space work area. All Keel locations are tobacco free where appropriate.
