- Estimating and Technical Services who's ready to be part of an innovative, people-first brand shaping the future of the roofing industry.
The Role
Duro-Last Roofing is the world's largest manufacturer of prefabricated roofing systems. We are looking for a Customer Service Rep-Estimating and Technical Services, who is eager to learn and grow within our company at our Corporate Headquarters in Saginaw, MI. This is a full-time, year-round position with excellent benefits and growth potential.
What You'll Accomplish- Estimate pricing and roof layouts for roofing details.
- Answer technical questions regarding specs and installation.
- Complete assigned projects, quoting, wind calculations, design, etc.
- Create and enter quotes and orders into system.
- Data entry of projects onto task board.
- Provide customer service and follow-up support to contractor network.
- Represent the company in a professional manner in all interactions with customers, personnel and the public.
- Minimum 2-year associates degree or relevant experience.
- Estimating experience a plus.
- Solid-Works AutoCAD Software experience a plus.
- Must be able to interpret specifications.
- Must be able to handle back to back phone calls.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks and deadlines.
