is seeking a Field Service Technician in the Saginaw, MI area.

We are looking for strong machine-based knowledge and electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills. The right candidate will have a positive attitude and present themselves in a professional manner, communicate confidently with customers, and work as a team player. The ideal individual is self-motivated, organized, and effective at managing time. The position involves routine and emergency service, advanced troubleshooting, installation of machinery, customer training, and machine assembly work.

• Up to 75% travel throughout North America; occasional international trips (most 3‑5 days)
• Effective communication with customers and co-workers
• Commitment to quality work and detail-oriented excellence
• Strong decision-making skills
• Prior millwright experience
• Startup, commissioning of new machines, and test runs with customers
• Proven strong mechanical experience
• Completion of service and expense reports and administration
• Initiative and drive to grow within the company
• Contribution of new ideas, designs, and methods
• Reading mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics
• PLC, machine control, and ladder logic experience ideal
• Computer, phone, and internet communication savvy
• Engineering-level analysis and advanced troubleshooting, including redesign of machine components and programming changes
• Valid passport
• Valid driver’s license
• Associate’s degree or trade school certificate preferred
• Customer-centric mindset and high motivation to sustain industry leadership
