Wolgast Restoration seeks an experiencedProject Manager

At Wolgast Restoration, we specialize in delivering high-quality restoration services to residential and commercial clients. We are looking for a seasoned Restoration Project Manager to lead projects from start to finish, ensuring excellent client service and job completion on time and within budget.

Job Summary:

As a Restoration Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of restoration projects, from initial assessment and estimating to execution and closeout. You’ll coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple restoration projects simultaneously
  • Conduct site inspections, damage assessments, and scope development
  • Prepare accurate estimates using industry software (Xactimate, etc.)
  • Coordinate and schedule crews, subcontractors, and materials
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client expectations
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
  • Maintain detailed project documentation and communicate updates to stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company safety protocols

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in restoration project management
  • Proficiency with estimating software (Xactimate required)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • IICRC certification(s) preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to respond to emergency calls as needed (some after-hours work required)
